So the lakers have just made it to the finals, not to the surprise of any laker fans as we have all assumed this since the loss last year the the celtics blah. Now that the lakers are going to be facing orlando which throughout the whole playoffs I was predicting to get there is actually a worse matchup for the lakers. Cleveland while they are a good team I do not believe they would have even got passed the celtics this year without garnett. Sure the lebron vs kobe would have been an awesome thing to see but cmon, we all know lakers would have easily dominated the series like we did durning the regular season. Orlandos Dwight Howard is going to be a problem for the lakers big men gasol and a still not back to norman Bynum. Gasol is just to small for howard which is going to need a double team which as we saw from the cleveland series did not work out all to well. Lamar odom is going to have to step up his game and play well. Hopefully his back contusion will be healthy enough by the time the series starts. Lakers also go through many slumps on defense durning the game and orlando is a team you can not let up on with all of there shooters. This is going to be a tough series much tougher then facing cleveland would have been even though lebron gets all the hype for a mediocre team.
