I have been a huge Packers fan for a long time. When you are a Packers fan then you are also a Favre fan, it comes with the territory. When he retired, I was sad like everyone else was here. I also knew A-Rod was in the wings and had not been the greatest so far. But hey, give the guy a shot I thought. Then after we all thought the Favre era was finally over, it all got stirred up again. I will tell you after 2 years of this crap I was done with Favre, and thought he should just have stayed retired.
Then all the crap went down and we traded Favre to the Jets and went with A-Rod. After several weeks of this season I am happy with the decision. I think A-Rod is the future and it was a good move for the Packers.
Now Favre is a Jet and doing fine, and more power to him. I was finally getting over the fact he was in a new uniform. Now come to find out he is talking to the Lions about gameplans and some of the "things" they did to beat them last year. Favre is unreal!!! He is not over being a Packer and is trying to get back at them. What a joke. Charles Woodson was outspoken about how he thought it was crap, and I am glad someone finally said something about Favre. He seems to do whatever he wants and not a soul says anything.
