Dwight Howard

17 November 2009

As long as the Orlando Magic has a healthy Dwight Howard, they will always win a lot of regular season games. But unless they can have their entire core playing together and playing well, they have little chance as repeating as the Eastern Conference champs.

My second thought is of Nate Robinson using Dwight Howard as a prop and jumping over him in the NBA Slam Dunk competition in February.

In any case, I began to wonder what the cameramen recording the event must have thought of The Chosen Brat after he reportedly dispatched a Nike official to take possession of the tapes.

Yes, Dwight Howard doesn't have a ton of post moves, but he's only 23 years old.  HE'S GOING TO GET BETTER.  He's already the best rebounder and shot blocker on the planet, and he can

Long term, we all know AJ isn't the answer for a squad looking to make an NBA Finals run.

Dwight Howard's lack of interior offensive development also bothers me. Sure he can get his dunks and three-foot hooks in the first three quarters of games, but what about the fourth? He's not quite there yet, and Orlando will really miss Nelson in fourth quarters as well.

Dwight Howard

Why he’s the MVP:  Three months ago people wouldn’t stop talking about this guy and when he won the dunk contest I was worried the love fest was going to get crazy and I would begin to get annoyed of Howard.  But the exact opposite has happened.  He is the best player on a very good Orlando Magic team that no one seems to believe is for real.  He is putting up great numbers and plays very tough D.  Why can’t this guy get more love?  Remember, he still doesn’t have much of an offensive game.

ives in Orlando.

If you don't believe in superheroes then you haven't seen Dwight Howard. If you still think a man can't fly, then you missed Saturday's All-Star Slam Dunk competition. It might say NBA player on his calling card but that is just secret identity stuff.
